Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• GPA min. 3.00.
• 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, Sales Analysis, or Data Analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with good understanding of financial and business performance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Passionate about working and developing a career in International Business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze sales, business performance, and financial reports.
• Analyze sales and financial data, identify key drivers and variances, and provide recommendations to Regional Manager.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities for the Philippines operations.
• Monitor key business and financial performance indicators, including sales, volume, gross margin, EBITDA, trade spend, A&P spending, AR/DSO, inventory, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop business and financial analysis for new markets, products, customers, distributors, and other business initiatives.
• Monitor trade promotions and marketing investments and evaluate their financial impact and effectiveness.
• Monitor end-to-end supply chain activities and coordinate with Supply Chain on order processing, scheduling, realization, and shipment.
• Support sales and marketing activities, including distributor management, market visits, exhibitions, and ATL/BTL activities.
