Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant airline cargo experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently and coordinate multiple parties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise export cargo operations and coordinate with the appointed Ground Handling Agent (GHA).
• Prepare load planning based on cargo priorities and communicate with the warehouse and Load Control team.
• Monitor cargo movement from origin to destination and follow up on discrepancies or delays.
• Prepare post-flight cargo reports and provide accurate operational updates after flight departure and weekly reports.
• Communicate and coordinate with cargo agents regarding export documentation requirements and status.
• Maintain good relationships with agents to obtain updated cargo market information.
• Handle post-flight documentation and related activities in line with company and airline standards.
