Job summary

APP Group, a leader in paper production, seeks an experienced engineer to strengthen equipment reliability and drive maintenance strategy across international teams. You will lead vibration monitoring and RCA initiatives to prevent failures and reduce downtime.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in reliability and rotating equipment, holds Level 1/2 vibration certifications, and speaks English. A degree in engineering is preferred; strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in equipment reliability and condition monitoring.
• Certified in Vibration Inspection Level 1 and Level 2.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement equipment reliability and maintenance strategies.
• Perform vibration monitoring and condition-based maintenance activities.
• Analyze rotating equipment performance and identify potential failures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Improve equipment availability and maintenance effectiveness.

What You Will Experience:

• Develop and implement equipment reliability and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
• Perform and lead vibration monitoring and condition-based maintenance activities.
• Analyze rotating equipment performance and identify potential equipment failures.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve equipment availability, reliability, and overall maintenance effectiveness.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to minimize unplanned downtime.

What is Required:

• More than 5 years of experience in equipment reliability, condition monitoring, rotating equipment, or a related field.
• Certified in Vibration Inspection / Vibration Analysis Level 1 and Level 2.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in rotating equipment analysis.
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (S1/S2) in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
