Job summary

Cordant Solutions is seeking a senior technical pre-sales specialist in Jakarta to support customers and regional sales teams, develop and close opportunities, and shape winning strategies with channel partners.

You will manage opportunity pipelines to achieve country/regional growth, identify requirements for machine protection and condition monitoring, influence RFQs, and lead initiatives for digital and reliability product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance, vibration analysis, or condition monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of rotating machinery functionality and asset condition monitoring systems.
• ISO18436 Vibration Category II certification or higher (preferred).
• Experience in industrial asset management or APM implementations (preferred).
• Fluency in Indonesian Bahasa and English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical influencing capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in multicultural and global environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to best practices, application guides, and industry-specific documentation.
