Qualifications

• ISO 18436-2 Vibration Analyst Category II certification required.
• Minimum 7 years in condition monitoring/predictive maintenance.
• Experience in power plant, smelter, mining, or heavy industry highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vibration data collection and analysis.
• Conduct infrared thermography inspections.
• Diagnose faults such as imbalance and bearing failure.
• Monitor equipment condition in harsh environments.
• Provide detailed technical reports with recommendations.
• Support maintenance and operation teams.
• Participate in root cause failure analysis.
• Identify hazards and prevent accidents.
