Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Associate, Commercial Enabler & Expansion to drive sales enablement and expansion architecture from the Jakarta office.

You will refine regional campaigns, enforce pricing SLAs, and support CBT projects to recruit and manage field agents beyond main ASM hubs. You will lead market sizing for expansion, design standardized incentive frameworks, and empower ASMs to scale territories, while reporting to the manager with exposure to sales strategy leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Commercial Enablement, Business Operations, Sales Strategy or Commercial Analytics in Telco/Tech sectors.
• Proven ability to synthesize field data into sales enablement strategies and scalable incentives/pricing.
• Strong data analytics skills and experience building performance dashboards.
• Experience in operational project management, market sizing, and field execution networks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication to align Head Office and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize sales performance data with field insights to optimize regional campaigns and enforce merchant pricing SLA.
• Conduct market sizing for expansion and design standardized incentives for scalable growth.
• Coordinate with ASMs for alignment of central expansion plans with local hiring and supervision of regional sales agents.
• Manage CBT project agent recruitment and operations in expansion areas beyond main hubs.
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards to track pipeline health, agent productivity, and campaign ROI.
