PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an experienced EXIM & Invoicing Manager to lead import/export operations and invoicing accuracy in Pasuruan, East Java. This on-site (WFO) role focuses on customs compliance, documentation, and financial precision across international trade activities.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end EXIM processes, coordinate with brokers and agents, and ensure timely invoice processing to support profitability and regulatory adherence.

Formación

• At least 5 years in EXIM management, customs operations, or international trade logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and export/import procedures.
• Experience with invoicing processes and financial reconciliation.
• Proficiency with EXIM software systems and ERP platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in Indonesian and English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee import/export operations, documentation preparation, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and agents for timely clearance.
• Review, verify, and process EXIM invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Maintain records of all import/export documentation (bills of lading, certificates, packing lists).
• Monitor shipments and provide updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure compliance with tariff classifications, duties, and regulatory filings.
• Prepare and submit customs reports and declarations to authorities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales to reconcile invoicing discrepancies.
• Identify process improvements to enhance EXIM and invoicing efficiency and reduce costs.
• Handle queries related to shipments, invoices, and customs matters professionally.
