The Luxury Collection, Jimbaran Bali, seeks an experienced culinary leader to manage all food-related operations and guide the kitchen team. You will supervise staff across outlets, maintain high standards, and drive culinary excellence.

You will ensure sanitation, cost control, staff development, and menu innovation while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort setting.

Pre-opening experience preferred; HACCP and certifications required.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Professional culinary certification preferred.
• HACCP, Food Safety, and Sanitation certification required.
• Additional certifications in culinary leadership or specialized cuisine are advantageous.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive culinary experience in upscale hotels, resorts, or luxury dining establishments.
• Minimum 3-5 years in a senior supervisory role such as Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
• Pre-opening hotel or resort experience is highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple outlets, banquet operations, and large-scale events.
• Proven track record in menu development and culinary innovation.
