Responsibilities
Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, minutes, and ensure timely follow‑up on action items
Proactively manage partners’ meetings and schedules
Handle professional correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate meetings, business travel, and events, including all logistical arrangements
Maintain accurate, well‑organized, and confidential records and documentation
Support administrative and documentation processes across matters, engagements, and internal workflows
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of records and documentation
Support continuous improvement of administrative processes, tracking, and information flow
Identify administrative risks, delays, or gaps early and evolve appropriately
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
Experience supporting senior management, directors, or partners is an advantage
Candidates from non‑secretarial backgrounds (corporate, consulting, audit, analytics, PMO, or professional services) with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply
