Job summary

Cordlife Indonesia (PT Cordlife Persada) is seeking a proactive Sales/Customer Service professional in Bali to manage product inquiries and drive lead conversion. You will educate clients, support healthcare professionals, and coordinate with hospital events and training sessions.

The role requires strong communication skills, a love for relationship-building, and willingness to work weekends for events or client needs. Having a driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (any major).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1 year+ experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Medical Representative roles in healthcare preferred.
• Healthcare insurance experience encouraged.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with clients and medical professionals.
• Confident presenter, proactive communicator, and a natural relationship-builder.
• Willingness to work on weekends for events or client needs.
• Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle is a plus.
