Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen management team and day-to-day operations.
• Develop menus and ensure high-quality product.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
• Coach and develop kitchen staff through training and feedback.
• Collaborate with Banquet and Catering departments.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and service standards.
