Responsibilities

• Leads kitchen management team and directs day-to-day operations.
• Oversees all food preparation areas to ensure quality and standards.
• Manages budgeting, food cost, supplies, and equipment for the kitchen.
• Ensures sanitation, safety, and staff development across the culinary team.
• Maintains brand standards and delivers superior guest service in all dining venues.
• Responds to guest feedback and coaches staff to elevate performance.
