Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations across dining venues with exceptional quality and presentation.
• Develop innovative luxury menus aligned with market trends and guest preferences.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive food cost, labor productivity, budgeting, and waste reduction.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the culinary team to foster excellence.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to enhance guest dining experiences.
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations including inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
• Build strong supplier relationships for premium ingredients.

They are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead the culinary team, oversee all kitchen operations, and create exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, creativity, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Executive Chef Experience - Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort for a minimum of two years in a similar brand.
  
• Luxury Hospitality Expertise - Strong background with internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands in Indonesia orSoutheast Asia.
• Indonesian Culinary Expertise- Solid understanding of the Indonesian culinary preferences and luxury guest expectations.
• Multi-outlet Leadership - Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-outlet culinary operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquets, and special events.
  
• Menu Development & Kitchen Operations - Strong expertise in menu development, food quality assurance, cost control, and kitchen operations.
  
• Leadership & Coaching - Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing culinary teams.
  
• Financial Acumen - Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, food cost management, and inventory control.
  
• Food Safety - Thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Relocation - Willing to relocate toLabuan Bajo

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial performance by managing food costs, labor productivity, budgeting, and waste reduction without compromising quality.
  
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to enhance the overall guest dining experience and support strategic initiatives.
  
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations through effective planning, inventory management, procurement, and equipment maintenance.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the sourcing of premium-quality ingredients.
  
• Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
  
• Support the property's overall business objectives by delivering innovative culinary experiences that strengthen its luxury brand positioning.
