CV. JIWA PENUH SINAR in Bali seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee upcoming projects, monitor timelines, and coordinate with teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure on-time delivery.
The role also covers sourcing, licensing, and administrative support for property and personal matters, with on-site work at Sunset Road, Seminyak, and Candidasa. Immediate joining and strong organization skills are required.
Project Coordination: Oversee the progress of upcoming projects by monitoring timelines, coordinating with relevant teams, suppliers, and service providers, following up on key tasks and deliverables, and ensuring projects progress smoothly and according to schedule.
Sourcing & Vendor Management: Research and source products, services, and new suppliers/vendors for both personal and business requirements, including obtaining quotations and coordinating as needed.
Business Licensing: Assist with coordinating the application, renewal, and updating of business licences, permits, and related regulatory documentation.
Property Operations & Administration: Support property business operations and administration, including supervising property staff and maintenance, coordinating with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and service providers, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Legal, Compliance & Government Liaison: Coordinate and communicate with lawyers, consultants, government institutions, and other relevant parties to support legal, licensing, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Retail Business Support: Assist with retail business operations and provide additional support or staff coverage when required.
Personal & Family Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and practical support for personal and family matters, including coordinating pet care and related services.
Household Management: Oversee household maintenance, coordinate household staff, assist with bookkeeping, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the household.
Accounting & Financial Administration: Prepare basic monthly accounting and other required reports, manage Petty Cash, and maintain supporting financial documentation.
Document Management: Ensure business and personal documentation is kept up to date, properly organised, securely stored, and readily accessible when required.
Calendar & Appointment Management: Organise and coordinate personal and business appointments, meetings, schedules, and calendars.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Ad-Hoc & Emergency Support: Provide support for ad-hoc, time-sensitive, and urgent matters, including acting as an emergency contact when required.
Requirements:
Must reside in Bali
Local candidates (Indonesian nationality) only.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Offices tools.
Strong command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
Willing to travel and able to work full-time on-site at designated offices (Sunset Road, Seminyak, and Candidasa)
Able to join immediately.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
High level of discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness.
Willingness to work with flexible hours if required.
