Tentang Anak is seeking an execution-ownership product ops professional in Jakarta to own content and notification calendars, coordinate sprints, and maintain documentation that keeps teams aligned.

You will run channel operations for PN, banner, article, and in-app content calendars, manage QA, approvals, and post-send performance reporting. You understand Indonesian parents and can read a funnel, write clear acceptance criteria, and drive requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in product, growth, or product ops, consumer app a plus.
• Relentless follow-through; owned initiatives won’t slip.
• Comfortable with CRM/campaign tooling and funnel reading without hand-holding.
• Clear writer; acceptance criteria readable by a developer.

Responsibilities

• Own the content and notification calendars for product channels.
• Coordinate sprint rhythms, standups, and release readiness.
• Draft requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases.
• Maintain dependency maps, decision logs, and changelogs.
• Communicate with Commerce, Legal, Brand, and Tech; publish MoM on SLA.
