About The Role

As a Content Ops & Activation Associate, you are responsible for owning all activations on the Tentang Anak app, maintaining a good quality of content, boosting engagement within the community that focuses on parenting, and creating relevant content on the app.

Job Responsibilities

• Research & write product content for respective features
• Support Community Team in daily activities on the app, from planning & preparing
• Collaborate with experts in reviewing content for the app
• Research, write, and review new or revamped feature content with Product Team
• Write articles & copies for app content (including promotional copy banner), from researching, producing, and publishing, to comply with SOP
• Manage Tanya Ahli's coordination with experts (including proof-reading, scheduling, operational, and data support data to principal and finance)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome
• Familiar how to operate Google Suite
• Have a huge interest in the data & marketing field
• Able to think creatively and pay good attention to details
• Having knowledge & experience in child health topics would be a plus
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
