Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Palembang to drive sales for exclusive product lines. You will own strategic territory management, build key account relationships, and execute high-impact sales plans with strong regulatory and ethical compliance.

The role requires independent fieldwork, a Bachelor's degree, and 2–3 years in pharma or FMCG sales, with willingness to travel within Palembang coverage.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in consumer goods or pharmaceutical distribution at a supervisory level.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess sales performance and territory trends.
• High autonomy, discipline, and organizational ability for fieldwork and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and achieve sales and revenue targets for exclusive portfolios in designated territories.
• Manage territory coverage and prioritize high-potential accounts across healthcare facilities, pharmacies, hospitals, and medical institutions.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and trade partners.
• Deliver scientifically-grounded and commercially compelling presentations of exclusive portfolio lines.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, pricing, and trends to identify growth opportunities and provide insights.
• Coordinate with marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams to align demand forecasting and promotions.
• Maintain accurate sales records, calls, and pipeline; submit regular forecasts.
