Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead youth-focused initiatives. You will drive the SejutaCita programs from concept through execution, coordinating with schools, partners, and sponsors to maximize impact.

The role requires strong marketing and project management experience, excellent coordination and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and a proactive, highly organized approach to managing multiple initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and sponsors.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced in marketing & project management, preferably in education, youth, or non-profit sectors.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills — you keep things moving.
• Clear communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
