Elitez Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Brand Events lead to plan and execute large-scale offline and online events, from strategy to on-site delivery. Build calendars for annual, quarterly, and monthly programs, including product launches, collaborations, and pop-ups across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the US.
Collaborate with Social Media, KOL, E-commerce, and Channel teams to convert event activity into sales and member growth.
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly event calendars based on the brand's annual strategy, including building sunscreen category awareness, upgrading brand positioning, and entering new markets. Define the objectives, target audience, budget, and KPIs for each event.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches, brand collaborations, pop-up stores, thematic campaigns, and other major brand events. Manage creative concepts, materials, communication timelines, and onsite execution.
Collaborate with Social Media, KOL, E-commerce, and Channel teams to convert event traffic into sales and customer/member acquisition, creating an integrated cycle from event activation and content amplification to conversion.
Plan and execute mother & baby exhibitions (such as Southeast Asian mother & baby expos), KA/CS channel activations, and product trial/experience activities to support channel sales.
Develop executable localized event plans based on cultural differences across Indonesia, China, Europe, and the US, while managing the consistency and timing of activities across different markets.
Prepare event budgets, control costs, and evaluate ROI. Manage external resources, including event agencies, booth-construction vendors, and material suppliers.
Track event exposure, participation, conversion, and other performance data. Prepare post-event evaluation reports and develop reusable event methodologies and best practices.
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in brand events or integrated marketing planning. Experience in FMCG, beauty, or personal care is preferred.
Proven experience independently managing at least 1-2 complete brand events or product launch campaigns, with hands-on experience executing large-scale offline events.
Strong end-to-end capability from strategy to execution: able to develop proposals, manage projects, oversee on-site execution, and conduct post-event evaluations.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and resources.
Strong data sensitivity and ROI orientation, with the ability to use data to evaluate event effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Mandarin proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.
Experience in beauty, skincare, or sunscreen categories.
Experience managing events during brand upgrading, category expansion, or audience expansion phases.
Experience executing events in Southeast Asian, European, or US markets.
Existing network/resources with KOLs, media, and venues.
