Job summary

PT. Seen Asia Global is seeking a proactive partnership coordinator to build and sustain collaborations with universities, media and related partners in Jakarta. You will assist in planning and executing events, and craft press-ready copy for announcements and campaigns.

The role emphasizes strong communication, networking with academic partners, and ability to manage multiple events, both offline and online, under management guidance.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final-year students welcome.
• Prefer graduates from marketing-related studies.
• Have strong networks with university stakeholders, especially career development centers.
• Experience partnering with universities, education companies, media or partners for events.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills preferred.
• Detail oriented.
• Experience in organizing events both offline & online is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build & establish partnership with University’s Career Development Center, media and other partners.
• Support partnership events both offline/online.
• Execute communication plan as directed by management.
• Copywriting related to established partnership for press releases, articles, media kit, campaigns, etc.
• Produce regular activity report for management.
