Job summary

Tropical Temptation Beach Club in Bali is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns and large-scale events.

You will manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and drive brand activation across digital channels, social media, and promotions, with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Event Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in event marketing or related role.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle or entertainment preferred.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute events and campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of event promotion, digital marketing, social media and brand activation.
• Able to develop marketing strategies and event concepts aligned with business goals.
• Skills in project management, budgeting and cost control.
• Experience managing vendors, sponsors, media and external partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership to guide an event team.
• Creative and proactive; able to develop innovative event ideas.
• Analytical skills to evaluate event performance and engagement.
• Excellent organizational and time-management; handle multiple events.

Responsibilities
