Ini Vie Hospitality seeks an Event Marketing Manager for our beach club in Jimbaran, Bali. You will lead planning and execution of events and marketing campaigns from concept to completion, aligning with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in event marketing, strong digital marketing knowledge, vendor management, budgeting, and leadership to coordinate a team through multiple events. Fluency in English and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, marketing, event management, or related role.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or entertainment industry is preferred.
• Proven experience in planning, organizing, and executing events and marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of event promotion, digital marketing, social media, and brand activation.
• Able to develop effective marketing strategies and event concepts aligned with business objectives.
• Strong skills in project management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experienced in managing vendors, event partners, sponsors, media, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and coordinate an event team.
• Creative, proactive, and able to develop innovative event ideas and promotional concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate event performance, audience engagement, and marketing results.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with relevant digital marketing tools.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays according to event requirements.
