Job summary

PT. Summarecon Agung, Tbk. is seeking a seasoned Marketing professional to drive integrated campaigns for property sales.

You will lead online and offline promotions, plan events, manage budgets, and coordinate a promotion team to deliver brand-aligned results. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing promotion or communication, with strong leadership and project-management skills, and a proven track record in branding, digital marketing, and event management in a competitive property

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Promotion or Marketing Communication, preferably in the property industry.
• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, event management, and branding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Creative, analytical, detail-oriented, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated online and offline promotional strategies to support property sales targets.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and marketing events.
• Oversee the development of promotional materials and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Manage promotional budgets, media placements, vendors, and advertising agencies.
• Monitor campaign performance and evaluate promotional effectiveness.
• Lead and coordinate the promotion team to ensure effective execution of marketing programs.
