Job summary

Team Liquid Indonesia is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee content, event and campaign projects. You’ll coordinate timelines, manage resources, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards across departments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in events or campaigns, strong budgeting and vendor coordination, and proven cross-functional collaboration to drive projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced esports setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience managing events or project-based campaigns, preferably in esports, gaming, or creative agencies
• Strong understanding of event budgeting, vendor management, and timeline execution
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience handling both virtual and physical event execution

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the execution of events and projects from concept through completion, including brand activations (online & on-ground), community engagements, and campaigns.
• Work closely with the Business Development Sales team to align deliverables with client expectations and commercial goals.
• Prepare, control, and track event budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and financial accuracy
• Create and manage project timelines, task assignments, and resource allocation
• Source, coordinate, and negotiate with vendors, venues, production crews, and freelancers for event logistics
• Monitor and ensure quality execution of both digital and physical events
• Collaborate with internal departments (design, marketing, talent) to ensure assets are completed on time
• Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to measure project success and recommend improvements
• Identify and mitigate risks or issues throughout project timelines
• Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and brand standards
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners
• Track and report key metrics related to budget usage, timelines, and project outcomes
