Job summary

Eterna Nexus Sincera in Indonesia is expanding its sales team for its early-stage EV scooter brand. The role focuses on direct sales, lead follow-up, and timely reporting to drive personal targets.

You will supervise and coordinate a freelance sales team, manage lead distribution, book test rides, and report progress daily to the Head of Sales & Marketing. Strong English communication and EV familiarity are valued, with coaching support from operations and product teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience as a Sales Supervisor, team leader, or coordinating a sales team.
• Experience in the automotive or EV industry is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily activities for the sales team as directed by Head of Sales & Marketing or Sales Manager.
• Manage lead distribution and ensure every lead has a PIC and follow-up plan.
• Monitor follow-ups, pipeline progress, appointments, and closing opportunities.
• Coordinate test ride schedules and ensure capacity and logistics.
• Provide hands-on coaching on product knowledge, closing strategies, and follow-up techniques.
• Prospect, follow up, assist with test rides and close sales to meet targets.
• Update CRM with lead statuses, test rides, customer notes, and PO data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities and pipeline.
