Job summary

PT Tera Logistic Indonesia is seeking a PDI Supervisor for electric vehicle units to ensure each vehicle meets quality standards and regulatory requirements before delivery. You will lead the PDI team and oversee mechanical, electrical, battery, software, and feature checks while maintaining SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in PDI, Quality Control, or After-Sales Service in the automotive industry, especially in electric vehicles.
• Understanding of vehicle inspection processes before delivery.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and inspection-related software.
• Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PDI process for EV units ensuring all checks meet quality standards and regulations.
• Control and supervise all inspection stages: mechanical, electrical, battery system, software, feature completeness.
• Lead PDI technician team ensuring timely and efficient inspections without compromising quality.
• Ensure SOPs, vehicle safety regulations, and environmental standards are followed in PDI.
• Train, guide, and supervise PDI technicians to improve competency and safety awareness.
• Identify and resolve technical issues found during inspections and provide quality improvement recommendations.
• Prepare inspection reports, analyze findings, and propose process enhancements to management.
• Coordinate with Head Office and partners to support PDI operations.
