Job summary

Electrum is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Planner in Jakarta to ensure our electric vehicle fleet remains reliable and available for operations. You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with Operations, Mechanics, Logistics, and Purchasing to minimize downtime.

You will monitor spare parts inventory, analyze breakdown data, and generate regular reports. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in maintenance planning or related fields, with strong data

Qualifications

• Diploma D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Logistics
• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance planning or fleet PPIC experience
• Experience in two-wheeled EV industry is a strong plus
• Strong data analysis, planning, and scheduling skills
• Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and/or CMMS
• Understanding of automotive spare parts and inventory management
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs across the EV fleet
• Coordinate with Operations and Mechanics to optimize scheduling and resource allocation
• Monitor spare parts inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with Logistics and Purchasing
• Analyze breakdown data and service history to identify trends and recommend preventive measures
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance performance metrics
• Ensure maintenance histories are accurately recorded in the CMMS system
