Qualifications

• Demonstrated capability in service team coordination and backlog control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee maintenance requirements for assigned B2B clients.
• Design and implement service workflows to minimize disruption.
• Monitor and control broken units to remain at or below 1% of total fleet size.
