Job summary

PT FENI HALTIM is seeking an ESG Supervisor to lead environmental, social, and governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and international standards. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and reporting across sustainability programs, with emphasis on AMDAL, UKL-UPL, PROPER, and carbon accounting.

You will develop KPI-driven work plans, coordinate with CSR and HSE programs, and prepare reports for management and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, HSE, or Sustainability.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of ESG, Sustainability, or EHS experience, preferably in mining, smelting, manufacturing, or environmental consulting.
• Strong expertise in AMDAL, UKL-UPL, PROPER, B3 waste management, WWTP/WTP, and carbon accounting.
• Proficient in ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFRS S2, and POJK 51/2017).
• Excellent English communication, report writing, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data visualization and ESG dashboards.
• Indonesian native speaker; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Professional certifications in AMDAL, PROPER, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GRI, or ESG are preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based in East Halmahera, North Maluku, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation across environmental and sustainability programs (ESG Supervisor).

• Develop executive-level presentations and reports for management, investors, and external auditors.
• Coordinate ESG, CSR, Community Development, and HSE-related programs.
• Establish ESG KPIs, annual work plans, budgets, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian environmental regulations and international ESG standards.
