Job summary

PT YIH YOU FOOTWEAR INDONESIA is seeking an ESG Data Specialist to collect, verify, and maintain ESG data across departments in line with GRI and company standards. You will support GHG inventory verification and internal audits with the HQ in Taiwan, and prepare comprehensive ESG and sustainability reports.

You will help implement ESG digital systems, coordinate with IT and various teams, monitor energy usage, and contribute to energy efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, IT, Business, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a multicultural team.
• Strong interest in ESG, sustainability, energy management, and digital systems.
• Knowledge of GRI, GHG, CDP, TCFD, SBTi, ISO 14001/45001/50001/14064 is an advantage.
• Experience in ESG, energy management, sustainability reporting, auditing, or digital projects is preferred.
• Overseas experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and improvement of ESG digital systems, including WMS, Carbon Management System, BPM, and Event Management System.
• Coordinate with IT and relevant departments for system implementation, user support, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor energy consumption and support energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with HQ Taiwan, Vietnam ESG team, IT, Production, GA, and SEA teams on ESG-related projects.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and other administrative reports.
• Support continuous improvement and other projects assigned by management.
