Job summary

PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara seeks an ESG specialist to drive integration of ESG principles across mining, processing, smelter, and refinery operations. You will collect and analyze ESG data, support disclosures, and align programs with ISO standards while engaging with communities and stakeholders.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to embed ESG in daily operations, manage reporting platforms, and lead training sessions to raise awareness and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in ESG/sustainability roles, preferably in mining/energy.
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (SASB, GRI, TCFD, ISSB).
• Ability to interpret regulations and ensure compliance.
• Experience with data management and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive ESG integration across mining, processing, and refining operations.
• Collect, validate, and report ESG performance data (emissions, water, biodiversity).
• Support ESG reports and disclosures per SASB, ISSB, SDGs, and IFC standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to embed ESG in operations.
• Develop ESG policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Deliver ESG trainings and awareness programs for staff.
• Maintain management systems aligned with ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001.
• Assess ESG risks and support mitigation plans and responsible sourcing.
