Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2+ years in ESG, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and good English. ISO training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sustainability/ESG or reporting.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or consulting preferred.
• Strong understanding of ESG reporting and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with SROI, ROSI, GHG, and ISO standards.
• Excellent data analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in English, written and verbal.
• ISO training/certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, and monitor ESG and sustainability data for accuracy and alignment with plans.
• Implement and coordinate sustainability programs in line with strategy.
• Prepare ESG and sustainability reports to support targets and monitoring.
• Ensure data and reporting comply with regulations, standards, and company requirements.
• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders for data collection and monitoring.
