Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk is seeking a Junior ERP Functional Consultant to support ERP implementation, enhancement, and support across HCM or Finance & Accounting functions.

You will work with business users and technical teams to analyze requirements, configure systems, and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include gathering requirements from HR/Finance stakeholders, translating them into configurations, performing UAT, and delivering training and documentation to users

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in ERP, HRIS, HCM, Finance Systems, or Functional Consultant roles.
• Understanding of HCM or financial processes (HR, payroll, GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting).
• Experience with requirement gathering, business process mapping, and user support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR or Finance stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and configurations.
• Support ERP implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Conduct system setup, configuration, and validation based on business needs.
• Assist users in troubleshooting functional issues and recommending solutions.
• Prepare process flow diagrams, functional documents, and user manuals.
• Perform UAT and coordinate issue resolution.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, integrations, and reports.
• Ensure deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards.
