Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics Tbk. is seeking a Junior ERP Functional Consultant to support ERP projects across HCM and Finance & Accounting.

You will work with business users and technical teams to analyze requirements, configure systems, and help ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating them into specs, configuring ERP, testing, training, and post‑go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, Management, HR, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of ERP, HRIS, HCM, or Finance Systems experience as a functional consultant.
• Understanding of HCM or financial processes (HR, payroll, attendance, leaves, performance) or GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting & reporting.
• Experience gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and providing user support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR or Finance stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and configurations.
• Support ERP implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Configure systems and conduct system setup based on business needs.
• Assist users in troubleshooting functional issues and recommending solutions.
• Prepare process flow diagrams, functional documents, and user manuals.
• Perform UAT and coordinate issue resolution.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, and reports.
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
