Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di ERP/HCM/HRIS/Finance.
• Memahami proses HCM atau keuangan: GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting & reporting.
• Pengalaman mengumpulkan kebutuhan, pemetaan proses, dukungan pengguna.
• Keterampilan analitis, masalah penyelesaian, komunikasi.

Responsibilities

• Kumpulkan kebutuhan bisnis dari pemangku HR/Keuangan.
• Terjemahkan kebutuhan ke spesifikasi fungsional & konfigurasi.
• Dukungan implementasi ERP, testing, deployment, pasca-go-live.
• Lakukan setup sistem, konfigurasi, validasi sesuai kebutuhan.
• Bantu pengguna pemecahan masalah fungsional & solusi.
• Siapkan flow proses, dokumen fungsional, manual pengguna.
• UAT dan koordinasi penyelesaian isu.
• Pelatihan end-user & sesi berbagi pengetahuan.
• Kolaborasi dengan tim teknis untuk peningkatan & laporan.
• Pastikan deliverables selesai tepat waktu & berkualitas.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for a Junior ERP Functional Consultant to support ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects across Human Capital Management (HCM) or Finance & Accounting business functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to analyze requirements, configure systems, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR or Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Support ERP implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Conduct system setup, configuration, and validation based on business needs.
• Assist users in troubleshooting functional issues and recommending solutions.
• Prepare process flow diagrams, functional documents, and user manuals.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, integrations, and reports.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ERP, HRIS, HCM, Finance Systems, or Functional Consultant roles.
• Understanding of HCM or financial processes, such as:
• Employee Management
• Recruitment
• Attendance & Leave
• Payroll
• Performance Management
• Understanding of Finance & Accounting processes, such as:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Budgeting & Financial Reporting
• Experience with ERP systems such as Anaplan, Oracle, SAP, Darwinbox, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and user support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
