Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk mencari Junior Technical Consultant – HCM untuk mendukung implementasi, kustomisasi, integrasi, dan pemeliharaan sistem HCM. Kandidat akan bekerja sama dengan konsultan fungsional dan pengguna untuk menyampaikan solusi teknis yang memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis.

Peran mencakup dukungan integrasi API, pengembangan dan pemecahan masalah SQL, dokumentasi teknis, serta dukungan pasca-go-live. Kualifikasi meliputi gelar IT, 1–2 tahun pengalaman, dan kemampuan bahasa Inggris.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 1–2 years in software development, ERP, HRIS or IT-related roles.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Basic knowledge of API integration, web services, or system interfaces.
• Familiarity with programming languages: Java, JavaScript, C#, Python.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM/ERP is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HCM processes (Employee Management, Recruitment, Attendance, Payroll, Performance Management) is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with functional consultants and users to deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements.

• Basic knowledge of API integration, web services, or system interfaces.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python.
• Experience with HRIS, HCM, ERP, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
