Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Consultants in documenting current processes and defining future workflows.
• Execute functional test scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Help conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Provide on-site or remote assistance to users during the Go-Live phase.
