Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Data Migration Analyst in Jakarta Selatan to drive data extraction, transformation and loading for ERP and custom systems. You will perform data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and validation while ensuring data quality through testing and reconciliation.

The candidate should have at least 4+ years of experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with ETL tools and data governance considerations.

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years as Data Migration Analyst.
Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
Experience with data analysis, profiling and validation techniques.
Familiar with ETL tools or scripting-based migration approaches and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Execute and support detailed data migration activities, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation of data.
Perform source system data analysis and profiling.
Prepare and maintain Source-to-target mapping documentation, transformation and validation rules.
Develop and execute ETL/ELT processes.
Conduct data migration testing, reconciliation and completeness checks.
Identify, log, and remediate data defects and data quality issues.
Support migration test cycles, mock runs and cutover execution.
Produce migration evidence and documentation for audit and sign-off.
