Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects. You will define scope, plan resources, and drive schedules while ensuring quality and cost control across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires 5+ years of ERP project management experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with modern PM tools. You will collaborate with software developers and stakeholders to deliver value, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master degree in IT or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on ERP software implementations.
Strong understanding of business systems and ability to multi-task diverse requirements.
Experience working directly within a software development team.
Passion for building great products and solving customer and business problems.
Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Managing the client project to ensure targets and requirements are met and billable projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Determining and defining project scope and objectives.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively.
Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Tracking project costs to meet budget.
