Job summary

PT Astra Graphia Information Technology is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and secure enterprise networks across corporate environments in Jakarta. The role emphasizes reliable connectivity, performance optimization, and security posture across facilities.

You will configure and maintain Cisco devices, Fortinet Firewall, VPNs, VLANs, and VPN technologies, while collaborating with security, systems, and application teams to ensure seamless operations and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, CS, or related field.
• Proven experience as Network Engineer, Network Administrator, or Infra Engineer.
• Hands-on with Cisco devices, Fortinet Firewall, VLAN, VPN, TCP/IP.
• CCNA/CCNP/FCP/Network+ certifications preferred.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Cisco routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and security appliances.
• Configure and administer Fortinet Firewall and other network security solutions.
• Monitor network availability, performance, and capacity; ensure optimal service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for network incidents.
• Configure routing, switching, VLAN, TCP/IP, wireless networking, and enterprise connectivity.
• Support network security implementation and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain network documentation including topology diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
