Job summary

PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, a leading logistics and supply chain company, seeks an IT infrastructure professional in Jakarta to design secure networks and manage deployment operations. You will monitor systems, help manage the IT budget, and install and support infrastructure.

Responsibilities include backup testing, SLA definition and compliance, and annual audits of apps and hardware. Strong Windows/Linux, virtualization, and firewall/VPN exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Has experiences min. 3 year in the related field.
• Knowledge or experience in SD-WAN Technology would be advantage.
• Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to detect and resolve issues.
• Experienced in Windows Server OS, Linux server, Virtualization, Storage.
• Experience with network technologies (firewalls, IDPS, VPNs, ACLs) and major brands.
• Deployment and management of network monitoring tools (Zabbix, SolarWinds, Cacti).
• Configure and optimize monitoring systems for all network devices and services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure network architecture according to best practice.
• Monitor systems and infrastructure deployment operations.
• Help prepare and manage IT infrastructure budget.
• Install, configure, and support IT infrastructure.
• Monitor and test backup and restore processes.
• Provide managed and in-house infrastructure support & services.
• Optimize IT infrastructure for cost and operational efficiency.
• Define SLA for IT infrastructure and monitor compliance.
• Conduct annual audits of applications, hardware, and service providers.
