Job summary

Grab is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to build top merchant relationships and drive revenue for GrabMart. You will manage end-to-end partnerships, design strategic co-marketing initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance merchant experiences.

This on-site role is based in Jakarta and reports to the Manager. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in sales or account management, a Bachelor's in Communications or related field, and strong English negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management or operations.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or similar fields.
Experience handling and managing partners to generate revenue.
Able to thrive in an agile environment and juggle multiple tasks.
Clear articulation and negotiation skills in English.
Genuine interest in the on-demand delivery industry, particularly GrabMart.

Responsibilities

Partner management: manage merchant relationships to grow business using data-driven ROI and KPIs.
Co-marketing: design and run strategic campaigns with partners to deliver value to customers.
Collaboration: work with internal S&P, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance merchant experience.
Ecosystem synergy: identify collaboration opportunities with Grab ecosystem partners (e.g. OVO, GrabExpress, Grab Jastip, Grab For Business).
