Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking an energetic Account Manager for the GrabMart Merchant team in Jakarta, to drive merchant growth and revenue. This onsite role requires building strategic relationships with top partners and leading cross-functional initiatives from onboarding to performance optimization.

You will report to the Manager and work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with S&P, Marketing, and Operations to deliver measurable ROI and partner value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales, business development, account management, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or related field.
• Experience handling partners to drive revenue.
• Proficient in fast-paced, agile environments with multitasking.
• Strong English articulation and negotiation skills.
• Interest in on-demand delivery industry, particularly mart delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage merchant relationships to drive growth using data-driven ROI KPIs.
• Design and implement strategic co-marketing campaigns with partners.
• Collaborate with internal S&P, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve the merchant experience.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration across the Grab ecosystem (e.g., OVO, GrabExpress, Grab Jastip, Grab For Business).

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to help us build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and improve revenue. You will establish and nurture business relationships with our prospective top merchants to spur growth in GrabMart.

We're looking for experts who can working for end-to-end process and move fast. You will be reporting to the Manager. Working arrangement is full onsite in Jakarta based.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Partner Management: manage merchant relationships to improve business growth using data-driven analysis (Return on investment, KPIs).
• Co-Marketing: Design and implement strategic co-marketing campaigns with partners to deliver value to customers.
• Collaboration: Work with internal S&P, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance the merchant experience.
• Ecosystem Synergy: Identify opportunities for collaboration with partners across the Grab ecosystem (e.g. OVO, GrabExpress, Grab Jastip and Grab For Business).

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience of sales business development, account management or operations.
• Min. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or similar fields
• Experienced in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience) to generate revenue.
• You excel in an agile environment and excel at juggling multiple tasks.
• You have a clear articulation and negotiation skills in English.
• You have a genuine interest for the on-demand delivery industry, in particular the future of mart delivery.
