Job summary

PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA seeks an Account Manager/Partnership to grow merchant portfolios, promote programs, and expand merchant business on our platform. The role requires a degree and experience in account management or sales, with strong communication and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset. Familiarity with data tasks like Google Sheets is a plus.

Fresh graduates are welcome. This position offers growth opportunities within a dynamic national manpower services company across Indonesia.

Qualifications

Minimum S1/D3 in relevant field, fresh graduates welcome.
Experience as Account Manager/partnership preferred.
Experience as Sales.
Good communication and influence people.
Good listener, excellent service, solution-oriented.
Pro-active and initiatives-driven.
Strong will to learn something new.
Has basic experience in data processing (Google Sheets, VLOOKUP, pivot).
Fluent in local language will be added value.
Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person.

Responsibilities

Encourage Merchant portfolio to join Company program (promo, ads, etc).
Develop Merchant business in the Company platform to uplift Merchant business (such as Investment and Basket-Size).
Support and fulfill operational excellence for Merchant portfolio (include complaint handling).
