Job summary

Huawei is seeking an IP Pre Sales Engineer to drive IP Datacom initiatives across key accounts in Indonesia. You will design scalable network architectures for banking, telecom, and enterprise environments, and support bids and technical discussions with account managers and delivery teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, MPLS, SRv6, and related technologies. Strong English skills are essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or ICT.
• Minimum 5 years in ICT Product Sales, Solution Sales, or Pre-Sales in enterprise networks.
• Experience designing enterprise or carrier-grade networks for Financial Services.
• Hands-on with routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN; Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Nokia.
• Knowledge of IGP, BGP, MPLS, SR, SRv6, L2VPN, L3VPN.
• Experience supporting RFI/RFP, tender management, and technical proposals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; English fluency; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote Huawei's IP Datacom portfolio including core networking gear.
• Design scenario-based enterprise network architectures for banking and telecom sectors.
• Support account managers during technical presentations and workshops.
• Lead proposal preparation, BoQ creation, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Participate in tenders and defend solutions against competitors.
• Collaborate with delivery and product teams to ensure feasibility and success.
• Provide technical enablement and product training to internal teams.
• Contribute to long-term solution strategy and regional product competitiveness.
