Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Carrier Enterprise Business Account Manager in Jakarta Selatan to drive strategic ICT solutions across carrier and enterprise clients. You will manage end-to-end business development, including opportunity identification, strategy, and complex negotiations with telecom operators, enterprise customers, and government entities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development within ICT/Carrier B2B/SI industries.
• Experience managing enterprise sales opportunities involving telecom operators, enterprise customers, or government organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise ICT infrastructure (networking, data center, cloud, storage, optical, wireless, digital transformation).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand carrier enterprise (B2B) business and strengthen collaboration between carrier and enterprise units.
• Identify new market opportunities by analyzing customer organizations, industry trends, and partner ecosystems.
• Build and maintain relationships with telecommunications operators, enterprise customers, government institutions, and strategic channel partners.
• Lead partner enablement through product training, solution workshops, and joint marketing programs.
• Drive enterprise ICT solution sales across networking, cloud, data center, storage, optical, and digital platforms.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity qualification to contract execution and project coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen channel governance and optimize collaboration between carrier and enterprise ecosystems.
• Support strategic enterprise and government projects with cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports, and executive presentations to drive growth.
