Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Sales or Business Development; 5 years beneficial.
• Industry experience in real estate, media/advertising sales, e-commerce, or hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to corporate clients or strategic partners.
• Build partnerships with property management and high-affluence real estate players across Indonesia.
• Pitch value propositions and product/service solutions to corporate stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
• Own the relationship post-signing and manage accounts long-term.
• Ensure client satisfaction and service delivery throughout the partnership lifecycle.
