Job summary

AISensum is seeking an Account/Client Manager to own client relationships and drive successful deployments across Asia and Europe. You will sit in client meetings, translate goals into actionable briefs, and coordinate with Design, Development, Finance, and IT to deliver value, while monitoring health and risks.

You don't need a technical AI background; you will learn how Daniel's three parts work and explain them to clients.

Qualifications

• You understand what a client needs, say it clearly, keep several projects organised, and get different teams to turn it into a working solution.
• You don't need a technical or AI background. You do need to enjoy learning how AI products work and explaining them.
• 1-3 years in account management, client servicing, project coordination, digital marketing, product or a related role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or organization experience are welcome.
• Confident with clients, in Bahasa Indonesia and English, spoken and written.
• Good business sense: you understand what a client is trying to achieve and why it matters to their P&L.
• Strong follow-through: many requests, deadlines and people, with no details lost.
• Comfortable with numbers, reports and dashboards.
• Adaptable: priorities shift between clients and products week to week, and you pick up new things fast.
• Willing and able to travel often, within Indonesia and abroad, sometimes at short notice. A valid passport, or willingness to get one quickly.
• Uses AI to get real work done, and checks the result before sharing it.

Responsibilities

• Account and client management: maintain regular contact, provide updates, and manage timelines and deliverables.
• Turn client needs into clear briefs for internal teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Define user flows and reports with the team and review designs for client fit.
• Support testing, rollout and go-live of deployments.
