Job summary

International Global Network is seeking energetic educational consultants to guide students and parents through the admissions process. Provide clear, persuasive consultations and document outcomes in our CRM to ensure consistency.

You will maintain service quality, manage relationships with delegates, students, parents, and alumni post-acquisition, and drive retention and referrals. Fluency in English and warm, professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree graduates welcome
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with professional, warm communication
• Telesales, education, or customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate, and persuasive educational consultations to students and parents.
• Conduct consistent and well-documented follow-ups using the assigned CRM/system.
• Maintain consistent service quality in accordance with the SOPs.
• Manage and maintain relationships with delegates, students, parents, and alumni post-acquisition.
• Drive retention, re-engagement, rejoin, and referrals from participants and fresh alumni.
• Support student preparation prior to events and ensure completeness of required documents.
