Job summary

Teleperformance Indonesia is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Live Chat specialist for the Surakarta and Yogyakarta area. You will provide timely support via email and chat, identify priority issues, and guide customers through basic technical questions using scripted responses.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with flexible shifting schedules. You will work to meet KPIs and collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the quality of customer support.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or bachelor's degree in any major.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Will be tested during the recruitment process)

Responsibilities

• Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer support quality.
